Important Pass & Entry Details

Delivery: Festival passes will not be mailed prior to the event. You will receive a dynamic QR code in your order confirmation email.
Arrival & Pickup: Have your QR code ready for rapid scanning upon arrival. Passes can be scanned and picked up at the new South Boundary Road drive-through pullout or at any Expo entrance gate. (Please note: The Athlete Registration building is no longer a pass sales or Will Call location.) For full arrival instructions, visit our Getting In And Around page.
Athlete Passes: Each registered athlete automatically receives one (1) complimentary 4-day festival pass.
1-Day Pass Validity: Thursday–Saturday 1-Day passes are valid for entry on any single day during that window, regardless of the date on your confirmation email. Sunday passes are valid for Sunday entry only.

On-Site Sales

Buy early and save! On-site passes are subject to price increases. On-site sales open on the first day of the Festival at 8:00 a.m. at the Expo entrance gates and the South Boundary Road drive-through.

Sunday Family Day!

Kids 12 and under are always FREE! On Sunday, kids and teens (ages 13–17) are the VIPs: each kid and teen can bring up to two adults for FREE!
